A human cannot put enough spin to overcome gravity. The Magnus effect definitely exists but not enough spin and/or speed by a human to overcome gravity and instant deceleration

I actually like having my arguments challenged. Some people are too insecure to be that way. I always say if you don't want a statement challenged, don't make it in the first place.

In that spirit, what exactly does saying that the parents of two of our players should be embarrassed about how they raised their kids have to do with the game? I can't see it. If you want to say that JB pitched a terrible game and didn't have his stuff I'd totally agree with that because it's the truth. It happens.

Depends where you're measuring from. You going from release then yes it's always lower but from release to the glove is it a steady straight decline or is there a brief rise at any point? You google that.
