Yeah, it's a real problem.
Hendo is very old school in the sense that he stresses pitchability & feel over velocity & maximizing the physical ability of the player.
What Hendo does isn't necessarily bad, it's just impossible to recruit too. I mean, what player thinks that style will help them get drafted higher?
It's a terrible trend that we have two lefties that threw 95 as freshmen & now throw 88. That's 100% on the pitching coach, &, while Hendo has done a wonderful job managing the team this year, It's why I'm baffled that anyone wants to give him the head job.

Small bringing it. Throwing a lot of pitches but he's bringing the stuff.
