    The pitcher has to back up that play at home and Pilk was just loafing around. No way should two runs of scored on that miss home.

    There is nothing wrong in calling a breaking ball the first time around. There is nothing wrong in playing the catcher who can throw out runners. Between the ump and coach Pilk had been put in a very bad position. IMO.
