    Huh? I've said all along this year that I'm not impressed with him stuff that much. He is upper 88-89 mostly early and mid 80s after 70 pitches. He essentially has to trick batters to get Ks. He leads sec is Ks looking.. he rarely gets swing and misses.

    ETA... he's lost velocity since freshman year

    I look at it like this... 4 pitchers I mentioned are better than avg on Friday nights, 5-10 are avg (pilk is in this group), and 11-14 are below avg.

    I guess we just arguing semantics then. I think pilk has underperformed this year, but I still put him in the 5-7 group of pitchers for sec Friday nights
