So if the NCAA rules him ineligible, can he red shirt and simultaneously take classes that would get him eligible while also doing the college work as well? Or would our academic department say if your high school transcript is not accurate, than you don't qualify to enroll in college classes?

Gotcha. But would he not need the equivalent of an associates degree to become eligible if he's not eligible out of high school? If so, I assume we'd want him to go to JUCO so that he could get some easier classes under his belt and RS one year, play JUCO for a year, rather than redshirt for a year and then sit for a year. Of course if he has the ability to get eligible in a fall, spring, and summer semester, i guess that would make it moot whether he goes to JUCO or states at STate.

No grad transfer is coming to MSU. We have pretty much no minutes to sell a kid with 1yr left. I hear it's a guy who can sit a year & have multiple years left. Don't have a name yet but it's a guard.

If you're referring to Jalek Felton a lot of people are kind of cautious about him he has some baggage. He's talented for sure so I'm sure he'll land at a good school.

May be wrong or they're bringing in 2 kids but a Freshman Big is visiting this weekend.
