I am so pissed we sabotaged this game before the first pitch with putting our 2 catchers in the lineup. Cohen has to demote Henderson postgame in favor of one of the other coaches

It’s not like we have better outfielders then Hatcher who never plays outfield. That’s on coaching.

You know that's not going to happen since we are down one coach already as it is.

That said the Cardinals fired Ken Boyer in between games of a doubleheader in Montreal in 1980.

This season can’t end soon enough. Gary Henderson has to be the worst coach we have ever had in baseball period. You could say we don’t have talent or whatever but coaching decisions and lineups have had an even bigger impact on our season then anything I’ve ever seen.

Jimmy Bragan was horrible as well. Henderson is certainly in the discussion. I do agree with your overall point though- he has made things worse with his head coaching decisions.

To make that move worse- the only other true catcher is redshirting this year. Even if something happens and we had to move Stovall to catcher it still weakens us in the MIF. There is just no defending it.

And while I'm on that subject- I hope of all people that Lee Begley never steps foot on MSU's campus ever again. I also hope that Billy has enough self-respect to divorce her if he hasn't already.

This all sucks right now- although the 13-3 reprieve was nice- but I hope we get a baseball coach that can give us the program that our fans, university, players, baseball alums, etc. actually deserve which is a top 10 program annually.

I agree Cann was the embarrassment which is why it’s important for Cohen to hire an established national coach. He has to do that. Henderson is just a washed up old man. Not really an embarrassment.
