They're not going to be interested in enforcing it. Think about how bad a look it will be if they try to stop students from visiting a school they are interested in. The only challenge to them will be getting the visits going, but once a recruit is interested in coming and they know he is interested in playing the game, I doubt there's going to be much the NCAA can or will do.
Yeah I think you can pretty much eliminate the NCAA enforcing anything. They only care about making money. I had held out hope that they might wail on unm but when that didn't happen with all the violations they had, it showed me enforcement and penalties are a thing of the past.
