What are the predictions on the remaining signing class for 2018?
-
Patrick surtain, Tyson Campbell... ok, not them. Hopefully Lovett, Brule, and Watson

Watson is a LB that's insisting he gets "a shot" at WR. We're the only SEC team that'll commit to that. If he doesn't pan out at receiver, I just hope he's willing to accept it and move to LB.
Other than that, I think we're expected to sign Furdge and Reed (both CB's, both projects), Brule (S), Watson, Patterson (sign and place receiver), Lovett (DT), an Robinson (low 3 star OT from Kansas that Nebraska wants). He has good measurables but probably won't see the field, just going by his rating and offer sheet.
We whiffed on the CB we wanted so are back on Reed. Most seem to think he's not an SEC player but he seems to have potential to my untrained eye. Other than he and Robinson though, all are SEC caliber players given a redshirt year and some time as a backup. It's not a great close (we didn't address the short term CB needs or long term OL one), but it's got a lot of players that can help us later
