La Tech
This will be a good test for us. They are going to treat it as their super bowl, stadium will be packed, and they are pretty good. Their QB started as a freshman for Meridian and gave 6A football hell for 4 years. He is good. If we dont go down there sharp we will get beat. Good thing is, I think we'll be ready to go. They are gonna have problems blocking us up front and stopping us on defense.

That 2008 team was pathetic.
35-10 sounds good to me too.

They also whipped our ass in Starkville in 1996....the same year we beat a Top 10 Bama team at home. And almost beat us again in Starkville in 2011 (thank God for Chad Bumphis somehow converting a horribly misplayed punt into a return TD and a couple of late picks by Banks and Whitley before / during OT). Neither of those games involved Croom. They always seem to punch above their weight at both QB and WR. We need to be ready and bring our A-game for sure. Will be a good challenge for our unproven secondary.

For some reason we never seem to bring our A-game against those pesky pecker gnats.

2015 we did. Rough first quarter but it was smooth sailing after that.

After S. Alabama I don't think Mullen is taking anyone lightly.

If we hold them to under 300 yards and win by 20+ then I'll feel better about this season. Nor that I feel bad or anything, but UGA, Auburn , and LSU all looked way better than I expected yesterday. LSU seemed to be able to stop the run well and seemed to have their typical video game WRs.
The Liberation will not be televised--- when it arrives like lightning in the skies!

This^^^^
Mullen's demeanor on the sidelines told me a lot yesterday. He showed some passion. Of course it helps when you don't have to walk over to your DC and ask him what the 17 is going on.
