Is there a statue of limitations on:
Sexual misconduct
Child fondling
Sexual acts with a minor child
Hiring a prostitute and bring them across the state line (federal racketeering)
Not an attorney but I do know that statute of limitations DOES NOT apply to any sexual assault.
