Afternoon Regional discussion & USM/USA Thread

I liked our lineup today, but would consider getting Cole out of the DH spot and maybe flip flopping Vansau & Macnamee. Macnamee is locked in at the plate right now it seems. Mangum hit well.
Let's hope USM vs USA starts and then has a long rain delay after 3-5 innings in a tight game. Then hope & pray McQ can throw strikes. If we will stop walking people we can win a few more

I want to see USA win this game after 21 innings of nail biting baseball that gets split by two long rain delays and cuminates tomorrow at 1pm

Don't even have to be rain delays... 22-21 USA and both teams go thru 6-7 pitchers

Does it really matter? Gonna take about 8 runs, our next game is kinda like a Sunday game in the Sec.
Glad to see Jake hitting, also Rooker is swinging and missing more than he has all season, maybe tonight that changes.
37 wins still amazes me.
McQ, Plumlee, Billingsly, maybe one of them pitches the game of their life tonight! Probably will need all 3.

If USA loses, pitch McQuary. If USM loses pitch JB. USM has already lit up McQuary once this year.

That was before McQuary started to improve and a lot of those runs were because of Jolley pitching pretty badly himself. That said, I would be a lot more comfortable with McQuary against USM.
