    Pilkington's done. Doesn't sound like he was as sharp as he's been, glad we didn't run his pitch count up if he wasn't at his best.

    Probably time to start phasing lovelady and brown out of the lineup. If we're gonna stink, play Alexander at 2b, Bragg at 3rd, and Skelton at c

    I'd also phase out Poole if you can. He is a liability defensively. He'd have to improve 1000% to justify staying in there.

    Me too. Jim named off 5 or 6 starts where his pitch count got over 100 pitches. Including somewhere in the 110s against South Al and 125 against Arkansas, which I believe were his previous two starts before today. I know he's really the only horse we got, but I'd hate to overwork him this season considering how bad we are.
