    Most athletic

With all of the combine and workout talk who would you say over the last lets say 8 years has been the most athletic player of any men's sport at state. Doesn't necessarily have to be a star just the biggest freak athlete we have had in any sport.

My top 3 would be Hunter Renfroe, Chris Jones, and probably Fletcher Cox.

I would have to say the following just on being a more complete athlete, not on their results, but a total all round athlete.

    Jonathan Banks
    Brandon Bryant
    Jamal Peters

Yea I thought about B. Bryant and Jamal Peters. They are tremendous athletes. It just impresses me seeing what the big guys can do athletically speaking from a size standpoint.

Will Redmond and Chris Jones have to be 1A and 1B.

    Redmond was an incredible athlete.

Jamont Gordon was pretty damn athletic. He's one of my player "regrets"; I would have loved to see what he could've accomplished had he actually been developed past the skill set of Russia League basketball.

Not sure if he's last 8 years. He was athletic, but, if we are going that far back, I'll take Winsome Frazier

I forgot about Slay. He was an elite athlete.

I do find it odd how our fan base adores Banks, and for good reason, yet doesn't offer the same praise to Slay who is legitimately a better player and athlete.

No mention of Dak yet? The way he was able to progress from year-to-year, including the mental challenge of his position means he at least deserves consideration.

Not the fastest or strongest, but a really incredible athlete when one considers overall skills, mental aspect and ability to quickly adapt.

I'm sure Dak is on everyone's list. Goes w/o saying I would think.

The conversation was about most athletic. Dak isn't even the most athletic QB we've had let alone most athletic guy on campus.

    Xavian
    Renfroe
BMac (If you've seen him play bball hes ungodly athletic)

Mckinney has to take the cake for me.

Someone mentioned banks but i don't see him as being overly athletic and explosive. Talented? absolutely. Love the guy, but he ran 4.61 in 40, 34 in vertical, and 4.27 20 yard shuttle at the combine.

My man Mckinney at about 60 lbs heavier ran a 4.66 40 yard dash. 40.5" vertical (!!!), and the same 20 yard shuttle as banks.

Not sure I agree. I could easily see Dak excelling at QB, RB, & TE. Give him a little time and I bet the young man could have played LB in a pinch. I could see him being able to play other sports at a high level as well. When I think "athletic", I'm not thinking best athlete at their position, I'm leaning toward an athlete that could be asked to so something outside his bailiwick, and still succeed, because he's just a natural athlete.
