I'll give a Reb credit when it's due, Kelly is no doubt an NFL talent. As far as arm strength and arm talent in general, he should go in the top 3 rounds. Jamracus Russel says hey though. Kelly doesn't like to practice, he's a gamer, but that's not enohhh for the NFL. You either have to be a once a decade type talent, or commit to be a student of the game. He's just wayyyy too immature to take in the top 5 rounds right now. Plus he likes to smoke weed too much. Some guys know how to do that quietly and at the right time, and I'm ok with that, same as drinking a 6 pack, and if you don't agree your just stubborn as hell. Don't wanna get into that though. Kelly going to practice high, when your a starting SEC QB, that's just unnecaptable and shows terrible leadership traits.

If he could grow up a little bit, learn how to be a leader, and get his crossed eyes fixed for depth perception purposes, he would be a hot commitidy.
