Better get McCowan back in foul trouble or not. Having Okorie out there is like playing with 4 players.

How is that???.. lol. Its called covering the spread

We have to go back to what we were mid 3rd. Take 20 seconds off and get a good shot. Let's be patient and we will be fine

The Sweet 16 is not a good place to let someone shoot themselves out of a slump especially when the rest of the team is playing well without her. I'd like to see her start the next game strong but if she doesn't I don't see how you take a chance on her going 1-15 and us lose a close game.

When we guard the 3 and play transition D, we're tough to beat. Teams struggle against our halfcourt D

If we can ever cut out the 5 minute spurts of suck periodically where we let teams back in games...we'll be hell

5:44 to go MSU 69, Depaul 53

grant fouls out. 3pt's didn't do anything today for depaul.

Final Score MSU 92 DePaul 71
Dawgs back to the Sweet 16.. 2 years in a row.

Great game. I really like Okorie's game today. Having two bigs playing well is a huge advantage. Hopefully we keep this up in Oklahoma City.

2 bigs playing well, a 3 point shooter that is on fire suddenly, oh yea and then Vivians, William, Richardson and Dillingham. How do you prepare for that??

You called it! That was a good win. Most of that team's losses came when January was out hurt. With her they are probabaly a Top 10 team.

Ha, Me too. Hopefully I'm wrong about not thinking we are good enough to get beyond the sweet 16.

Did they lose many this year? Were they a good team in your opinion? I admit I didnt follow WBB close enough to know

They lost 7 games prior to the tourney. They have been ranked most if not all of the year. I don't know much about the woman's game. I was basing on seeing them play Friday. They are pretty solid all the way around. Their only real weakness is inside, which we exploited to the hilt.

So, are we pulling for Washington or Oklahoma tomorrow? Washington is the higher seed, but Oklahoma would essentially be playing a home game in the Sweet 16.
At this point, I think I'm pulling for Washington.

Gotcha. I heard the announcers say 3 of there losses were to Marquette, which meant nothing to me bc I don't know if Marquette is any good. Ha
