This loss is on the coaching staff for using so many pitchers and then using relief pitchers that pitched this weekend. Price and Self should not have pitched tonight. We were shutting them out and if we had just pitched three or so we probably keep the shut out.

Notice the only threats to do anything in our lineup are Mangum, Rook, and Grid. Along with Cody when he gets a chance. It's because they have experience (except for Mangum but he's an AA but even he took a month to get used to it). We are just inexperienced as hell. On the mound as well but no need to even discuss that.

I'm getting right there with you. Our pitching staff management has killed us all year long so far. Doesn't look like it's going to get better. That's probably why Henderson got fired from Kentucky. Cann needs to get his OWN staff and roll with it.

Well if that's the case, get ready for a few more games to be decided negatively because Cody Brown is playing first. We have been blessed with big targets at first the past half decade which has helped us out tremendously. If Cody is the best we have at first, we are in deep shit.

End of the day it doesn't really matter who is wrong, right...we all want MSU to win.

This team just doesn't have it. Unfortunately we have had too many injuries. We have a coach that is inexperienced, didn't bring in any of his guys, has a pitching coach that is over the hill and on his last legs and was basically brought in by Cohen because they were friends and doesn't appear to have a clue how to manage a pitching staff. Just a complete cluster****.

They do not do what it takes to win. We strike out, we don't take good at bats, we walk people, we hit people in the head to allow the winning run to score after we strike the guy out because we have a freshman catcher because we have selfish asshole sophomore catcher that shouldn't even be on the team because he can't get his ****ing ass to class.

Just completely ****ing sad to see MSU baseball in this state it's in right now.

Young is an acceptable excuse for howland in year 2. Our baseball team shouldn't be in this shape

It really sucks because we were sabotaged last year by Mini-me destroying our arms which screwed us this year by having so many TJ's. Yes, you can blame it on the travel ball and all year round pitching activity but another contributing factor to it is velocity which was what Mini Me taught. So those two things combined led to our abnormal amount of injuries and way too many IMO to be a coincidence.

It is what it is and some of you guys need to step off the ledge. We aren't very good and won't be. We are having to pitch guys in games and situations they shouldn't be having to pitch in yet because we have less than zero depth. And pitching hides all the other deficiencies on your team. When you don't have it all the deficiencies come flooding out wide open. That's what is happening right now.

We've got really 3 consistent guys in the lineup and that's not enough. Cody shouldn't be playing first base but he is because we don't have another one. That's on Cohen. Cohen didn't do Cannizzaro any ****ing favors by putting him in this spot. Thanks for the job but you have to eat the shit sandwich that's sitting here. And I'm not saying our guys are shit but the situation is.

All these inexperienced guys will get better or be replaced next year. Either way there are some good players here we just have to be patient while they grow. It's painful but you all have suck it up buttercup because that's the way it is. Or jump we will all be happier.
