Excellent point.

Hypothetically if OM got served a DP could the athletic dept be sued for the lost revenue of local businesses? It would seem to me that nowadays people can sue anyone for anything. Surely they could sue Bjork, Freeze; and the OM athletic administration from recklessness and negligence.

So is it they don't have it or is it confidentiality? Lmao. This group is beyond belief.

Never fly in Oxford, but there have certainly been dumber lawsuits filed.

It's confidential but we'll cherry pick the allegations we can spin and make a junior high AV Club video.
I swear Bdork, Freezus and Vitter make the Three Stooges look like the Three Wise Men.

I think there are big name boosters named in the NOA and THEY don't want it released.

It won't be long b4 that won't be able to control the message and narrative. Public perception is about to take a real, serious hit....and its something that Mississippi is not use to
I think you hit the nail on the head. They know that they can't keep this up forever. They can't possibly be that stupid. This is all about the $$.

If anyone can get it, it will be Steve

The spin was for OM fans not the wider public. They just needed to clear some air because the rumors of "catastrophic" sanctions was going to start a civil war among those wanting to save Freeze and those wanting to fire him. They just bought time to try to save face with the fanbase.
Their credibility with the national media should be totally shot. Every game they play is going to be riddled with bad pub for them from the commentators. The Reb faithful don't realize that getting rid of Freeze at least lessens the public perception because commentators will be able to pivot from the past infractions to the new staff. Now they just have to eat the negative press and speculations on the future.

He's not going to give up. That's for sure.

Because they want to keep the stuff they've done confidential until their PR team can get the talking points and spin for each cheating incident.
Not only did Mississippi State embarrass LSU on this night. Davis Wade Stadium wrecked Tiger Stadium in music choice, atmosphere and, most of all, volume.
When I'm 80 and deaf, it's not going to be all those Springsteen concerts or Queen at Municipal Auditorium in New Orleans on Halloween Night in 1978, it will be this game...............Glen Guilbeau--Sherveport Times

Absolutely, a staff member leaked Lewis to their fanboys Chuck and Neal. That's why they confidently claim that's who talked

Transparency. Honesty. Integrity. Cooperation.

My guess is that their lawyers have it hosted on a shared drive on a server not located in MS so OM admin can access it without technically having it in their possession.
