If OM has not had, or does not have a copy the NOA, then how could the Three Stooges have given as much info on their joke of a video presentation to the OM Nation? So they had no copy, but they were giving as much specifics as they could at this time? Well, one thing is certain, the NOA has a lot more in it than what was portrayed. It is still a MS public record and is supposed to be maintained and under the purview of OM, in accordance with their record keeping system, as approved by the State of MS.
