if it's OCS, the fed controls the waters. I think it's 7 miles off and deeper. It's probably more of a safety issue with FWS, NOAA, and some coast guard personnel being unavailable.
Either way, they can open back up tomorrow. Passed the house and senate and Obama has said he's sign it. Fed should be back tomorrow or Friday at the latest. Tell them Political Hack said fish away.
