Bears will scream bloody murder while us State fans will say it's not enough. I personally hope for 40/4 or more, but I doubt it'll happen. If they did get 24 over two, it'll at least set them back 4-5 years with their current class being in the tank.
I smell something
Death penalty or bust!!!***

Out-17n-standing, RP. I definitely agree that the NCAA has not encountered a case of this magnitude just because they can't reach the end without the finish line moving due to the continued cheating. TCUN is 17'd!!!

A lot can still happen at this point, but whatever happens it's not good for the rebels. The largest NCAA investigation ever has potentially uncovered the most aggregious violations in the history of collegiate sports spanning across 3 sports and four coaching staffs.
This will be SMU 2.0 and I'm not sure TCUN's place in the SEC will survive. Gonna be interesting.

Those sanctions, while incomplete like it also carries a min 6 year probation, is for ONE Level 1 aggrevaited at a min. One. They have 8 Level 1's in total.

They're probably going to end up with around 15-20 Level 1's plus multiple Level 2 and 3's. if they're all aggravated (which they probably won't be) and they stacked them, they'd be on probation for at least 30 years! While I'd love to see that, my gut tells me the NCAA primarily wants Freeze's head on a platter. When the bears got hit with (correct me if I'm wrong) 24/2, 2 years probation, and a tv ban in 94, it was some of the harshest penalties they handed out since SMU. 24/2 wouldn't hurt Bama all that much, but with UM, along with this years unofficial probation wrecking their class, it would seriously set them back several years in addition to finding a new coaching staff to come to that dumpster fire. They'd have to pull off a 1997 Jackie Sherrill type class two years in a row which ain't happening.
If the NCAA goes Negan on UM, I'd expect a 3 year bowl ban and 36 over 3. I highly doubt we'll see another death penalty or 48/4. They would might as well turn the Vaught into a marijuana research field.
Reason, I've got degrees from our fine University. I spent a lot of time in Walker and McCain listening to Truax talk about biological oxygen demand, Cole joke about "beer and cookies" before handing out one of his nearly impossible Steel tests, and hearing Dr. Sinno telling the Concrete class that, "Steel does not fail, it yields!" for the umpteenth hundred time. I still have my 1996 Final Four hat and wear it occasionally even though the strap on the back is glued after breaking.

lol, sorry man. That was some of the most intense drama I've seen on tv in a while. But we've got some intense BS coming out of Oxpatch that the only way to clean it up, as Negative Waves said, is to "go Negan" on their sorry asses.

There just comes a point when the NCAA just has to say 17 it and just nuke their asses for the good of college football and humanity overall.

With that punishment, could you get docked 12 over 2 for 4 level ones? If so, that makes cheating worth it
I don't think it's possible to follow the chart, if you will. If they do its would be basically losing every scholarship when they get done. I think there are going to be 13-15 more allegations in the amended Noa, what if those are level ones I don't know.
Eta remember that's 13-15 allegations, not instances of infractions. That number will total well over 100 including the first letter.

If even 1 (and you know it will be) is a level 1, how can the NCAA let freeze continue to coach OM? I just can't see him surviving

There will be more than one level one in the next set for sure. How many exactly? Don't know
