So Ole Miss secretly videos recruiting visits??
According to several Ole Miss sites they have recordings of one of our players speaking to Ole Miss recruiters well before he signed with State.....
Just keep that in mind you athletes that are considering Ole Miss. They are not secretly recording you to help you. It's called black mail.
-
Some of you lawyers weigh in on this. Isn't it illegal to do that, as in REALLY illegal, not just NCAA illegal?
-
So OM are going to release tapes of them paying or offering to pay players? Or are they trying to say a guy asked for money & of course they say no sir young man we don't recruit that way? Sounds about as credible as Leo & Jeffery being suspended Saturday.
-
You might find some of the footage on some free porn site.
-
Rumor I heard is they pay the kids on a visit and then blackmail them saying, "We will turn you in if you don't come here". It's hard to believe that if it's actually happening.

It's to hold it over their heads to keep them quiet. I guess they never thought that the NCAA would give immunity.

who released this info? I think if Ole Miss people are saying it means Leo is talking on video saying MSU is offering this much. Im kinda out of the loop on this one.

Creative editing. Its like everyone on social media, they'll only let out things that will benefit their program. The things that damn them will not be available.
They are purging 30,000 videos as we speak. They've probably hired HRC's team that did this for her.
"Wiped clean? Like with a cloth or something?"

I'll be the 1 to say it. This is pure BS & they don't have any tapes or anything. Just another in the long line of lies they tell to make themselves feel better. Now that they realize they are really in trouble these type of stories will pop up from everywhere to make MSU fans nervous because they're about to get hammered.
-
If Ole Miss had anything like that, it would have already been released if it exonerated them and made us look bad. They have been getting hammered in the court of public opinion for a year now. They would release that just to be a distraction for the egg bowl, if nothing else. This tape is one of two things:
1. Completely fictitious
2. Self-incriminating
Anything other than one of these two things and we would have already seen it.

Thank. You.

It's aimed at instate recruiting too I would expect. See, THEY are going to be in trouble too, that kind of thing.

Please help me understand something. Is it illegal to vedio tape someone without there knowledge? Also, I know I saw Leo and Jeffery play Saturday. So the new narrative is that Leo is on tape busting us? Hell, it does not take much to confuse me, but this is unreal.

Here is something tsun needs to remember. They are caught....red-handed. It's over before it's started for them. They will try to tattle on everyone but nothing....NOTHING....any other institution has done comes CLOSE to what they have been doing the past 4 years. I doubt very seriously the NCAA will give any credence to the crap they are going to start spewing because they will know it for what it is just like everyone else...bull crap. Maybe they if they had actually REALLY cooperated (not just said they were) and actually showed some deference to the NCAA (as opposed to rubbing their cheating in the face of the NCAA, AD denying the NCAA investigation, attacking them on twitter, and making threats) then someone would have listened. They can sling all the mud they want to but they have burned their bridges. It's over for them.

Amen. They have these tapes like they have the opportunity fund paperwork for mama Tunsil's light bill. Let's all grab a beer and see which one they produce first.

It would be chronically stupid to video anything pertaining to coaches meeting with a prospective recruit. They are arrogant egotistical pricks but the ones in charge can't be that stupid.

I think its legal. As long as one person in the conversation knows it's being recorded the others don't have to know.

Exactly. The truth is that they are afraid to go after the institutions that really turned them in (FSU, UGA, & Bama). Also Tunsil's draft night deal.

This is just the next stage in the process of accepting wrong doing. The deflect and cast blame on someone else. Classic spoiled little brat move.

This tells me that OM is getting the worst of this ordeal. The NCAA is not holding back this time. We are looking at sanctions that approach death penalty level.
