Ready is not a bad player. He's made some key plays here at the end and he did a few times last year too.

He can still get his minutes, just 20 instead of 30.

Nice win with Q off. Let's pray that MRI is negative.

He's a good role player. I think he forgets the "role" part at times.

Our kids are growing up before our eyes. Much better defensive effort as well. We are starting to play much better man to man defense. That was a big win for our confidence and a Peters/Holman coming out party. It also shows that if a team tries to shut down Q we have other options.

I mean he's averaging 5 assists and 1 turnover per game. He's a crucial player for us with such a young team. I'm glad we still have him. There are plenty of minutes to go around for everyone even with him on the court.

His role is distributing and I really like him when he's unselfish. He seems to take too many forced shots at very bad times.

Coming out and giving 2 solid efforts after the horrendous game on Thursday is a great sign. If we could get out of November with only one loss that would be huge.

Looking at the Box score. Q only getting 9 shots? At least he was 5-7 at the line. Guess teams have that figured out already. Thanks to peters who was 4-5 3pt and holman who was 8-10 fg. The bench is gonna have to step it up as the season goes on.

Just watched the replay, excellent game by Holman. He is very effective down low and needs to stay there permanently as he's 3-21 shooting 3's for his career. Much much better player when he stays down low. Peters finally found his shot. He had a nice game too. Now we gotta get Wright and Herard more involved somehow. Good win with our best player really limited.

They ran a 2-3 defense with man to man on Carter and Q zone the other. Plus the face guarded Q the whole game-denied Him the ball.

This team is going to get better and better this year. Next year it will take a big step forward again. Just be aware with a bunch freshmen playing there will be other UCF games. Some of them will be just as unexpected.
