G. Brooks
I know he didnt visit and may visit during Maroon Madness but I noticed the CB's on 247 have moved to 71% in favor of us. What has changed with him? I thought for sure he would be headed to NC.

Not gonna get my hopes up too much, but I like seeing the CBs our way. If we sign nick and brooks, we'll have beat out North Carolina for 2 recruits... impressive.
Wonder if the CBs our way have anything to do with UNC's NCAA deal the other day. Did they get bad news?

Maybe. But everything I hear we are fighting an uphill battle too. Guess momma dealing w all that.

They just need Howland to have a long talk with her and she'll come around.

I thought this thread was about friends in low places.

If we can get Brooks and Kiir to go along with who we already have in Weatherspoon, Howland will have as much talent as he ever had at UCLA on this team. I feel pretty good about Brooks. I think it basically will come down to us and Georgia now that UNC is out of the picture. I see NIT with an outside shot at the big dance this year with a Sweet 16 + run next year. The sky is the limit with this team and the future is bright fellas.

Good news after Saturday.

can we take 3? I was thinking it would be either or with Kiir and Brooks but if we can take 3 that would give us some serious depth in the front court next year.
-
He wants to be at MSU. Hopefully the family can come to a resolution so he gets to do what he wants.
-
were lucky to have you sir! Thanks for your info!

If a legit 3rd guy wants to come we'll make room but we won't push for a 3rd player. If Kiir & Garrison both called today we'd take both.

Strugg's issue is he'll never be 100% healthy. I believe he had stress fractures in both shins when he arrived.

So, would it be fair to say that as of now, it is:
1. Weatherspoon
2. Kiir
2. Brooks
4. Someone else
...where we would be happy with just 1 and one of the next 2, we would take all of the top 3 if possible, and we would only move onto 4 if we didn't end up with at least 2 of the top 3?
