Doesn't matter who is DC, the defense will look the same. Only thing firing Sirmon does is hurt recruiting and you aren't going to get anyone worth a shit. We aren't going to get anyone when they know that they will have to run Mullen's defense and will be fired or ran off after 1 year.

Peters was highly rated at safety by everyone though and he's garbage too. I just don't know why we can field good safeties... hopefully CJ M-W and smitherman will work out or we sign Avery and/or Abrams. Looking back, we haven't had good safety play since Mitchell in '10.

Well, when you don't put 8-10 men in the box when playing Auburn to stop the run first and foremost you are a complete moron. We had no simblance of a pass defense and I have never seen our defense look as completely lost as I have this year. Instead of 5-10 yard cushions, our DBs are giving WRs 15 yard cushions. No joke here. As far as calling plays is concerned, he is a complete and utter disaster. He is worse then any DC I have ever seen under Mullen.
