    Liggins had been withheld from the Rebels camp due to a violation of team standards.
    First shoe to drop? Or totally unrelated?

    Considering they allow blow, gas masks, hookers, fighting, domestic violence, drug/alcohol charges without suspensions, I would be willing to go out on a limb and say they have very few team standards. So I'll go with A) first shoe.

    Liggins took a drug test and found out he was pregnant so te story goes. Probably bought male clean piss this time and did a retest.
