I would not expect Nick to have the impact that Q had. First, he will be surrounded by better players, and will have to be better than Q was to step into a leading role. Second, even if he does have more talent than Q, as much as college basketball is the place where true freshmen can make an immediate impact, it's still a vanishingly small number of players that basically immediately adjust to the college game, and most of those players are really only to do it because they have superior athleticism to rely on. If Nick turns out to be like Q in that respect, it will be awesome, but I wouldn't put those expectations on him.
ETA: This is just a general opinion and not based on seeing Nick personally play.
