    Why Mangum decided this AB was the one he was going to change his approach, I'll never understand. We made a habit of watching pitches down the middle and chasing the ones in the dirt in this game. Just a terrible hitting approach.

    Give the AZ coach credit. Worked the scouting report on Mangum to turn him to the right side. If Mangum can't improve from that side he may need to give up the switch hitting.

    Those were low balls if MSU pitches them. Hopefully the strike zone will be more consistent tomorrow.

    But with umpire its difficult to take anything close with 2 strikes. He saw 3 REALLY good pitches.

    I'm not about to blame the ump. Every player in the lineup sucked tonight, except maybe Collins. Had the only 2 hard-hit balls all night and one was a grounder to 2B.
