Not sure I'm a fan of that.

I am 100% not a fan of this lineup.
Suddenly, Cohen is basing every lineup off of the last at bats. Can't do that or guys start pressing in fear they'll sit if they don't get a hit. Just put the lineup out there that we had during the streak, and leave it alone. My opinion.
(Now Cody, Elih, etc will go off)

I tend to agree. I know some of the guys are slumping, but could that be because we've faced two aces in a row?

We are going to need our entire team when it gets to the post-season. I'm all for getting Marrero and Brown some at bats in a much less meaningful game tonight then having their 1st appearance in weeks be in an NCAA tournament game.

The return of the Meddler? Holy second losses, Batman. To the batcave!

Again, he is trying to get guys ready for the real tourney. He is also playing the righty/lefty matchup game again. I don't mind it. I just hope we get some mojo back before next week.

This is a good point, and put that way, I'm not as against it as before. I still think we need Reid in the lineup.

Yes, Reid definitely needs to be in the lineup starting next week. It's more important right now to get Brown and Marrero some game reps, though.

Or he's just trying to get some guys work before the regional...

Also, I don't think it has been mentioned. Shore must really be sick. I was thinking they were just saving him for us or LSU.

Sorry, I'm not a fan of sacrificing momentum & mojo so that a guy like Cody can get a few ab's. But that's just me
But I see what you're saying. Just not sure that's his reasoning

Glad to see Lowe back in the 3 spot

Good swings and contact early. That's a good sign regardless of outcome

He can only hit well after he knows only 2 guys have hit to this point in the game.

Collins! Tie game after back to back doubles
