For those keeping score, that is 3 players off that 2013 team that have made the show already in just over 2 years of pro ball, and 3 more in Renfroe, Frazier, and Holder that are knocking on the door. It wasn't just Cohen pushing all the right buttons that year...that team had some legit players. In the near future, you might be able to make a sound argument that the 2013 team was more talented than the 1985 team.

probably more proud of Girodo than any other State player. Guy couldnt get SEC hitters out and it was amazing he didnt get cut. Makes a change and is now in the Major Leagues. Awesome story.

I don't expect any two players from that 2013 team to match Clark and Palmeiro's production in MLB, but when it is all said and done you might be looking at 6 MLB players on the 2013 team vs. 4 on the 1985 team. That = more overall talent (possibly) on the 2013 team.
