Bottom of the 9th: our 3 hole hitter strikes out looking.... Our 4 hole hitter strikes out swing at a ball above his eye balls.... And the pinch hitter comes in and also strikes out on a ball chin high.
But that's baseball, right****

Come join those that have actually played or coached something other than Nintendo. Until then I have zero respect for anything you or one of your alter usernames has to type. Go argue with someone else.

I don't agree. I think our hitting approach will be better against guys that challenge us with fastballs than guys that throw crap.
Plus, our weekend pitchers are pretty good. We just lack depth in a major way on the staff. Losing Gray Fenter & possibly Parker Ford really hurt. Gray alone would have been this team's best reliever.

The feel of this team is unbelievable,? Rooker said. The locker room camaraderie, the locker room chemistry it?s unbelievable. Everybody is having fun. We?re building off each other.
Team chemistry doesn't help you hit a curveball.

Did you miss the 9th inning? That guy was challenging us with fastballs and we couldn't hit em

Yes, I saw it & it wasn't pretty, but I still contend that we will hit guys that challenge with fastballs better. If the closer would have stayed in another inning or two, we would have adjusted. Ambushing fastball fits our best hitters strengths the most

You never know what you are going to get with this team. Last night we we couldnt get anyone out, scored 12, and still lose. Tonight cant get hit Oral Roberts and scratch off 1 run. ****ing bullshit.

I think it's a stupid argument about lineup comfort, I'm just turning it around to show you your own arguments are flawed. Brown for the 3 hole because he's our 5th best option... Not some magical comfort

Let's just remember these numbers. 12-6, 8. That will be the game we'll look back to where it all came crashing down.

Will James your approach to convincing people is all wrong. There is no 100% correct answer but your unwavering stance turns everybody off to sabermetrics and more importantly TO YOU! Your total lack of giving a shit for other people's input deems you a fool to anyone else having a conversation with you. Please step back and listen to what I'm saying and view your conversations from an outsiders perspective. If you'll learn to be more humble you be rewarded in return with people who will respect your opinions better. 2 cents

Yea but to be fair we took cock shot fast balls (lowe) and swung at four in our eyes.
The problem was we were flat as a pancake after that soul crushing loss last night and are not mature enough to overcome that in 24 hours.
