    If not, maybe they are doing what all of the networks like Fox and CNN do. That is pre-make the news set backdrops and basic story to just shelve it until the actual event happens so they can just fill in some details and be the first to get it on the air. Seems pretty clear though that something is brewing though doesn't it.
