The NCAA is so jealous of OM that they decided to investigate not only the Saunders scandal but OM's current recruiting techniques as well as all of the rented cars, free houses, and paid players.
OM is so beside themselves with the doting of the NCAA that they have decided to prolong the love affair by not releasing the NOA. OM just can't get enough of it.
