Seems some on the UNM side have stretching the use of the wording 'mostly under previous coaching staffs'
So, do they go back to "Everybody does it. Everybody does it." or are they moving onto a more red-faced stomp foot anger interrupted with bargaining offers? "The NCAA should go easy on us because we have really made a stand for academic mediocrity at a renowned party school. Maybe if we voluntarily give up bourbon for brunch in the Grove they will let us off with a PSA on truthful recruiting."

Investigation still ongoing, with Level 1 violations already. For once, this feels carefully planned and worked by the NCAA. They will get the response, then hammer OM with additional allegations.

Dollars to donuts the newer violations are being done now to establish a baseline for second investigation. Meaning, UNM confesses or is found guilty of behaviors now that will be repeated in the next NOA with different players. The behavior will be established and they can't spin out of it.
