Why does everybody mention Couch weight & perhaps being a TE but no one ever did with Farrar. Couch weighed 215lbs & Farrar weighed 210lbs. They're basically the same size but only Couch was mentioned as a future TE. This wasn't directed at you I've just seen it mentioned a bunch.

I guess because Farrar's speed is mentioned quite often. Very glad we at least have Couch as a new WR because the outside WR spot is a position of need.

Mike Farrell just tweeted that Simmons was choosing between Ole Miss and Alabama. Used McCready's quotes as to why State was no longer in the picture. Unreal. The media is no eliminating us from contention on guys in our backyard before the players themselves eliminate us.

This is a new tactic it seems they are trying to establish this year. Just stop mentioning MSU as a possibility. I expect it to get worse in the coming years.

Because most everyone is looking for a reason to gripe over the 2 or 3 recruits we prob won't get and they all believe we should have for 20+ reasons where they know better than anyone else!!!

Who on this board would want Hev or Sallich talking to your Kid? All Yankees should recruit out of State, that the Lord for Buckley, just please get Him some Help. Did I miss anyone? Obviously not the close we were looking for. If we lose AJ & Simmons obviously a bad finish no way around it. We have 48hrs to see how we close out for the year.

I'm pretty much agreeing with that list. I think Simmons might be back thinking about Us. I think the Rebs probably overdid themselves with Him, sort of like they did with Kobe. Come on Buckley-talk that talk.--And if I have to choose between Simmons and AJ I'm talking the defensive monster

Oh, and not to be all negative, but I keep hearing all this shit about "watch out for our 2017 class"....tell me why I should think we'll land all these prospects with "in roads to MSU" next year, when we failed to get any of the prospects with "in roads to MSU" this year? If we miss out of AJ, Simmons, & Knott, y'all can have 2017 recruiting, bc I'm not falling for this shit again. Not the way we close on prospects.

Because Couch doesn't have the quickness or the feet to be an outside WR in the SEC unless you are just looking for another Chris Smith type guy. Farrar was a downfield threat.

Pretty sure he is, which would mean spring '17 would be the earliest he could get to us if he was able to complete his coursework in 3 semesters like we tried to get Champion to do.
