OU is expecting a commit tonight, if it is from Mykel Jones, we could be in the clear with Farrar.

Yep Jones would close the book on Oklahoma WR class. Would be a big huge win for the staff.

I thought so too, but one of the OU writers on twitter is saying they would take two.
I still think that we keep him. I've changed my mind on him.

Yea it seems to me that he's pretty comfortable with his commitment to us. Hopefully that stays true.

Good news on Reese.
I'm not sure what to think on Knott. Let's see if it happens. The longer it goes, better for us, it means no commitable Bama offer. If he does commit tomorrow, I have to think that favors Bama.
Pay attention to Shy Carter, if he goes to Bama as most expect, that should push Knott to us.

That one stings but one I was afraid of. I do want to see what happens with Mykel Jones and if he is going to OU as well.

Farrar is the type of recruit that we lose because we don't generally cheat at a high level.
Once Farrar was offered by Oklahoma, it should have been obvious that he'd flip. Oklahoma is 2 1/2 hours from his high school and Starkville is 8 1/2. The kid also grew up an Oklahoma fan. It makes perfect sense to me that he'd flip. The only way he doesnt is if we are cheating our asses off.
Now, how you get kids out of Allen high school that have offers from those same schools, I have no clue.
Farrah flipping makes sense. Not sure what our coaches could do.

There was nothing else our coaches could have done. Same would have happened to OM coaches. The difference is OM's network would have done their part to keep him. That's the difference in the two programs right now.

To add and didn't want to say anything as long as he was committed us, but Farrar isn't a very good baseball player and probably won't play at Oklahoma. He's not a D1 caliber baseball player. Oklahoma will let him play early though just so they could get him.

Agree but we aren't cheating our asses off.
It's tough to compete in this conference without cheating. Damned if you do, damned if you don't situation.

Dude, college football is a rigged sport where only cheaters win. Don't go over board with it. I've made that mistake and it just isn't worth it. Bama people are no happier than us.
