Weird deal.
One, the guy had to know there was a booking photo taken before the 2nd beatdown. Why would you think it wouldn't come to light?
Two, why did it take this long for the police to release this booking photo?

I'm guessing with the investigation still ongoing, they had to get permission to release the booking shot. Lot's of speculation just like with Dan and his job hunting.
Looks like the WIFEY jumped the gun on Facebook and needs to start apologizing on her page immediately.

Some are saying he ran his mouth in jail and some of the other detainees shut it for him again. He just doesn't know when to shut up evidently. You'd think one beat down would be enough.

One of the articles that came out the day after the incident had a Facebook linked comment section at the bottom. One guy who evidently worked at the jail said that another inmate gave him the black eye while he was locked up. If you watch the video closely it appears as though the cop does in fact swing at the guy but misses. My guess is if he got beat up in jail, he concocted the whole story about getting nailed by a law enforcement officer simply to file a lawsuit and hopefully get some cash.
