    They think 'more points' equals 'more fun to watch'. In reality, bad basketball is never fun to watch, regardless of whether it's high-scoring or low-scoring, and people who don't already aren't going to start suddenly watching college basketball because teams are scoring more.

    Pretty terrible so far. I know Eastern Washington is not a pushover but we are looking bad. Turnovers are out of control. This team has a long way to go but Howland is recruiting well and correcting a lot of Ray's "coaching". It's going to be a long road as they are basically starting over from square one with a lot of these guys that are in their 3rd and 4th years.

    Guys, we have a great coach but most of the same players that couldn't win many games the last 3 years and this E Washington team is good. Malik and additional help can't get on the court fast enough. Added to the fact that I feel like I'm watching the NBA(which I hate and never watch) with these new rules and a 30 second play clock allowing no defense. I hate this style of play.

    we're getting schooled by a bunch of euros . hoops is changing folks. bunch of aussies whipping our asses. we've seen it in the NBA, now it's whittling down to the college ranks.

    adjustments are going to be interesting and who adapts to them
