The new officiating is absolute garbage. If they intended to increase scoring by making the defense afraid to play defense, then it's working. Otherwise, this moronic experiment needs to end yesterday.

And the real problem with the officiating, consistency, is obviously no better. They're so focused on whistling every little ticky tack piece of shit that they miss one of their guys lowering his shoulder into into one of ours.

They are trying to make this a developmental league for the NBA, with no defense and all offense. There will be no way a team like Princeton that would win 50-45 will ever beat the big boys again is this type of regime. Teams with lesser talent could hang in a game by tough defense, no way now.
