Not the point. The point is that we couldn't get it twice in a row.
If your blaming playcalling right now, your missing the forest for the trees. This offensive line has major run blocking issues that don't seem to be improving in the slightest from week to week

It wasn't a situation where we really needed it. Would hate to see it with something on the line.

Thanks for enlightening me! I'm disgusted that an SEC team cannot line up with a QB under center hand it off and get 1 freaking yd. I get what you are saying, that we should get it with any called play. But, we and many teams go into the shotgun in goal line situations and short yardage situations, when it is stupid.

Another reason to have kicked the field goal is we shouldn't reward the offense for failing to convert third down by letting them stay out there.

Suck it up & don't be an ass.
It worked great last year. I blame Mullen for play calling at times, but it's such a cheap, uneducated thing to blame. Good football teams can line up & ram it down the throats of teams they are better than

Does ANYBODY have any inside info why Lee doesn't get to play. I've never seen anything like this. Everytime Lee comes in he looks great.

I don't disagree with your thinking, but we need all the plays we can get.
I'd run it right up the middle 3 times in a row on the next drive & keep doing it till the o-line decides they are ready to grow a nut sack

I agree. I read the other day though that a lot of contemporary quarterbacks have trouble lining up under center. It seems I read that Dak was practicing it.
