OK, here we go. If Williams doesn't fumble, we'd be down 3 now

No kidding. Everyone acknowledges Mullen is the best coach we've ever had. It's not even up for debate. But acting like he's infallible is just as ridiculous. He is nutless in big games and loyal to a fault to upperclassmen. Basically, he's extremely risk averse. And a lot of really good coaches are. But it's frustrating as hell to watch.
It's the roller coaster of hope that this program keeps us on that makes it hell being a State fan. - CadaverDawg, 10/15/22

That it hasn't been a total collapse so far like it would have been in nearly other situation like this we have been in is due to Mullen. Re-adjust your sights and get behind this team. THE key to building a program is keeping the lows as high as possible. If you do that the highs will eventually take care of themselves.
Double edged sword in my opinion. Dan has done things that are really remarkable in the big picture. At the same time there's a point where you have to get over the hump. Can we? I think that's the issue. We can't then he has done all he can. If we can then we are in good shape. You can't achieve success and not think the expectations get higher. But when the same things kill us repeatedly it's an issue.

How can Malik be cramping? He's only been on the field about 10 minutes.

You're an excuse train aren't you. We don't need Gene Swindoll in here correcting the game thread. Thanks though.

You are still here? Impressive. I got a 24 hour ban for an anti-UM tirade while........you get the picture.......a couple of weeks ago. My statement stands. That you are against it is a badge of honor and a complete validation of what I said.

Now we just need a touchdown and to score a safety to complete the misery.

Yep, we are our own worst enemy tonight. We could easily have a nice lead at the moment, without all the mistakes. With just half of the mistakes, we should be tied at worst right now. Painful to watch this shit, knowing our full potential.

At least he isn't playing Hall Monitor. Why don't you quit trying to correct everyone and add some insight for once, or just ya know, comment on the damn game, Barney Fife.

Amari was a different type of receiver. He was a YAK yards guy that you could throw bubble screens to. Bear isn't that style of receiver
