    The coaches told him it was a slim chance to make it. His stats last fall wasn't good as is his summer stats. He needs to go to a smaller college and play. He competed and he wasn't good enough.

    Cohen oversigns and fans need to understand that we will be in this situation nearly every year with "underperforming" players leaving the program for other schools.

    It makes no difference either way, but I find it interesting that news of players leaving comes out so late. Seems like in the past, everything would be announced within a couple weeks of season's end, and we would know who was leaving. Even in the presser last month, Cohen wouldn't name names. Shirley he knew of at least a half dozen guys after the exit interviews.

    Before long, we will learning of the rosters at opening day.
