    College baseball recruiting...this is how we do it now.

    We go to PG events, etc, find the most talented guys we can and get them to commit, the best talent available.

    Each June, have 5-10 get drafted and keep 50 percent.

    Deal with the consequences of the draft the best way we can.

    This has to happen every year.

    Once the coaches get a relationship w the showcase team, its all about networking, etc,.

    We need 10 more for class of 2016. July 1 is first day to offer in writing, so commit should be coming in.
