And presto, a TE from Lamar transfers in:

Dillon Barrett from Lamar. He's graduated so he can play this season!!

Way to go Rebs!!! I'm sure the demise of Epps was all about ethics!!!****

That's surprising. Could be when combined with personality conflict though.

No telling what he did. But I have serious doubts that it's all about smoking dope and failing a drug test.
He's the sacrificial lamb for some higher profile, very high, guys that are having too much fun in the Oxford playground.

    Isn't that a I-AA school? That's sad.

That was an epic one handed catch and run in the MS/al game. I thought he would be a very good player.

Your way off track. I know that Gunter really likes State. . Dad is a great guy. Will support his son wherever he goes. Arkansas is on him hard now.

With the events today with the guy from Lamar and the fact that Ole Miss has commitments from two other TE's in their class I could see how things shake out where we end up with him as the process continues.

That said, long way to go with this obviously and it still wouldn't shock me to see Ole Miss make a full court press to try to keep him away from us. Depth chart logic is not exactly their strong suit and I can not honestly remember the last Ole Miss legacy that played football at MSU.

What I find the hardest to take is the fact that this has not made the headlines. You look at the state and national media outlets, OM has tons of coverage of their "Stacked" team. Also, how a big a threat they are for the SEC and National chase. But, not one has reported this news. Had to find out here about it. However, if we have an issue, it is front page news for ESPN, BR, Yahoo Sports, CBS Sports, and CL. Ole Piss is the darlings of the media, and every Momma needs to send their son to the church of the Rev Freezus.
