    With an hour gone and no game thread I figured it was business as usual but lo and behold.... we are ahead 1-0 in the bottom of the fourth. Dare we hope?

    I thought that too, but I went back and looked at his numbers since the beginning of April and prior to this series he was like 8 for 26 (.308) or something like that......but he only had 1 rbi. So I think the reason it feels like he has been so horrible lately is because he seems to only get hits when it doesn't really matter.

    Fitts' wildness just makes him a poor choice as a closer. 3 breaking balls in the dirt not even close then walks him with a high one. 2 on with one out now.
