On a related note, to anyone who thinks this is going to be an easy hire, you need to take a big step back and take a long hard look at the state of our program. Ray left it in shambles, and no highly successful egotistical coach is going to simply say, "hey, **** it, let's try something new over in Starkville." And before you say, "we have the money"....well we really ****ing don't. Basketball is a third sport here, and no big name guy who requires big name money is gonna jump on that.
