Something to look at as the schedule flips in 2015

    2014- 10-3
    2013- 7-6
    2012- 8-5
    2011- 7-6
    2010- 9-4
    2009- 5-7

27-12 in even years under Mullen
    19-19 in odd numbered years

Those years Bama & LSU were at home & considered sure losses. That's not the case anymore. Next year team should be better than any of those previous teams.

Havent those 2 teams been a loss regardless of where we played them under mullen?

Hopefully we've turned the corner with lsu and we get off the snide with bama this year

I think 8-4 is the floor. 10-2 ceiling.

This is sort of what I'm thinking. That is if Dak comes back

It all depends on Dak. If he comes back, the sky is the limit. And we have to avoid injuries.

Floors and ceilings. Odd years, even. Im not much of a believer in those.

Preparation, coaching some luck and talent. Each week.

It depends on the opponents and the schedule as well. We probably win eight if we don't play Oklahoma State in 2013. And you could argue even more when you take the amount of injuries we had into consideration.

Schedule is everything. It looks like a difficult time getting to 8 to me, but we'll see. We have our 4 or 5 gimmies so there's that.

Personally I don't find 8 so impressive if 4 are patsies and 3
    Are
    Kentucky and
    Vandy.

Absolutely- look at Bammer. They have had one of the easiest SEC schedules year in and out under Saban. They've had Tenn as their permanent at a time when Tenn has been bad...and then rotated thru with the others. Georgia rolls on the schedule this year and Bammer heads to Athens- that should liven things up some

Meanwhile LSU's permanent is Fla and they have already made a trip to Athens.

The schedule is always more difficult in the odd years with the way it's set up. LSU is the game to circle next year. We win that game if we get up enough for it. At Auburn and Fayetteville will be extremely difficult.

    Shotgun yes, but :

    At Arkansas
    LSU will be better
    Bama is tough anywhere
    At Missouri
At Auburn will be a chore

    Let
    Me add... at A&M

Then we should beat ole miss at home.

    With the home and away
    I think 10 is a dream.

Look I don't want to PPP PPP the season, especially this far out.

I'll just hope I'm wrong ( which I am a lot) and hope we won 10.

Lots of teams with qb questions next year. SEC is still the deepest league IMO but there's no great team. Assuming Dak returns, we should be in the west race right to the end.

I think we play AU, Arky, Bama and om the week after they each play LSU. The LSU hangover is well documented.

    Maybe nothing, maybe something.
