I see that old MSU mentality has just been waiting to jump out again. We get the ball to start the half. We have to make plays. That has to start up front on the oline. Bama is just abusing them so far. Dak has to relax and just play to. This has been his worst game this year by far.

The Holloway plays, the Dak draw on 3rd and 8, the single coverage of Hughes on Cooper, the 1B defense playing, the not QB sneaking it on 1st and goal from the 1.....Just a hand full of boneheaded moves in the first half. Combine that with Dak making poor throws, and the team just not making any plays....and you can't come close to beating a team like Bama.

Let's hope we come out looking like a different team in the second half. Because we will absolutely plummet in the rankings if this keeps up. Our season depends on us at least making this a close game

I 100% agree. Dan has us at ****ing 9-0. Great teams have to have players make great plays. We aren't making plays and Bama is. Dan isn't calling a great game but it happens.

Dan has done a great job of coaching up this team. We have some good players, but not enough to compete with bama. Is Dan calling a great game? No. But even if he had made all the right decisions, we would have still needed a few key turnovers to win this game.

I guess I just expected for us to come out with a great offensive gameplan. After all, Mullen has been owned by Kirby and Saban since he got here. I figured he would come out with a killer game plan.....but he is being owned again. Have we also made some poor plays, yes. Player execution is part of it. But even with great execution we're down 19-7.

It is inexcusable that JRob only had 4 carries in the first half. The team is playing like shit, but Mullen isn't doing them any favors with this game plan.
