    According to this article, Greg was removing any candidates name who was leaked to the press, and Regina convinced him to not mark Dan off.
    WOW... Never heard that before. How close....

    Just wondering...but why remove the names just because of a leak?
    That could've been costly...

    What a great quote- and so true.

    I hate to admit this, but as recent as a few years ago, my ceiling as far as expectations for the football program were 10 wins at best. I would have been content to be a 7-8 win team consistently. That's a pretty darn good program. But Dan has changed how I see things as far as what we can realistically do at MSU.

    I always knew once in a while we could catch lightening in a bottle. But I must admit a realistic shot at being undefeated didn't come to mind.

    In that article, Greg says any name that got leaked was automatically out. Interesting.
