It's very interesting to me. Dak and Dan have stopped us the most on offense with the play calling and decisions on passing plays. If the WRs aren't open, Dak needs to take off period. If he did that, Ky has no sacks and we more then likely have two more TDs. We also need to run the damn ball.

If Bear catches that pass, every one thinks we are playing well.
Let that sink in

Dak isn't playing his game he's pressing to make the big play. On that last interception JRob was wide ass open and Dak has tunnel vision focused on the deep throw. Just play normal football.

the surprising thing to me is that Dak looks absolutely lost. They are confusing the shit out of him

Ummm....Dak got hit in the chest and lost control of his pass.

Stop acting like an MSU fan
First, I am an MSU fan. Second, playing on the road at a Top 5 opponent was looking awfully difficult even before I saw this sloppy play.

I think we were right to kick it. Sobiesk just has to make it. I doubt we win a championship without being able to kick a field goal. That's why we have to keep trying .

You gotta love all the people coming into a game thread and telling everyone to stop calling a turd a turd. You guys can get over the fact that we played like shit, and it was a team effort, coaching effort, and star QB effort. We all look like shit right now. Maybe it's a wake up call and we'll come out like gang busters in the second half. A wake up call is never a bad thing as long as you don't lose.
Let's kick ass in the second half and all will be well.
Oh, and don't let this game make you worry about Bama and OM....we always drop a stinker vs Kentucky for some unknown reason. Let's just win this damn game.

We are sloppy. There is no correlation between this game and those in virtually any way. It's an ignorant comment after one half of football where we lead by 7.

Mullen is forcing the pass. Yep, we have had several that should have been completed.
But the run has been there all ge long. Some games, ya just got to run it down their throats.
We have done well defensively.

Yep. Stoops is a great DC, and he has drawn up some creative shit that has Dak totally confused. That's why Dan needs to tell Dak that at the first sign of confusion take off and make them defend your legs....which in turn will loosen up the secondary

Good lord there is a ton of poor old whooped down MSU in here. We are playing like crap on the road and still leading. We aren't up for this one and it shows. The o line is not dominating the line of scrimmage on a consistent basis. The d line wasn't either at first but they are starting to show some signs of getting in stride.

Yeah I agree. Sobiesk needs to make it. Problem is Sobiesk didn't even get the opportunity to kick it. We trotted our true freshman punter/kick off kicker to kick it. We can still blow them out. Dak and Dan just need to do a 180 in both play and play calling. We need a TD to open the 3rd qtr here in a big way to give us some seperation.

Cause he held onto the ball too damn long. He's being indecisive and not taking the check down that is wide ass open. JRob didn't have a guy within 5 yards of him there and Dak is only looking downfield and never sees JRob standing in the middle of the field.

And I could say the same about your comment. You don't have to be fired up to execute. Last year we dropped all kind of passes against Bama and made numerous mistakes. Who the opponent is doesn't cure all ills. When you play on the road you get more of what a team can do when they don't have a huge crowd to help carry them.

Just win. It will all be fine if you do that.
