    Bowl Season Observations

    1. There is a bowl game in Montgomery, AL now.

    2. There is a Boca Raton Bowl.

    3. There is a bowl game in the Bahamas now.

    4. Marlins, Yankees, and Rays stadiums have bowls.

    5. The Citrus Bowl has gotten it's name back.

Some things I learned today. Kind of interesting. Bowl games have gotten like kid's trophies, everyone gets one. What would be the negatives of having the "Magnolia Bowl" here?

I think Jackson certainly could support a bowl, but I think the Confederate Flag might be an issue.

I think it would be very good for Jackson to have a bowl. And if Jackson State wants a new stadium, they would be smart to get in on that. But- it's JSU. (Equipment was the wrong color)

It would probably be a C-USA/Sun Belt tie in.

the MS Gulf Coast should have a bowl. Not Jackson. Too many bowls now though.

Although I would love to go to the Bahamas Bowl.

I would rather be injured in my male parts than go to a bowl game in Montgomery. Didn't think you could get worse than Birmingham or Shreveport but apparently you can...

I would be all for the Coast having a bowl, but they need a stadium.

And they don't need a stadium. You have to be a pretty damn big city before a stadium without a dedicated team makes sense (and even then, they don't really make sense). Coast would be a great location for a bowl compared to a lot of places, but unfortunately it's not going to happen.

How could anyone have this opinion? More college football is always a good thing! I'd be in favor of bowl games for everyone just so we could find out who the worst team in FBS football is between SMU and Idaho.

I thought when they went to 15+ bowls it was "too many"...

"Going to a bowl" means very little today.

8 wins or a top 25 ranking made for quality bowls.
"It is not courage to resist TUSK; It is courage to accept TUSK."

    No.

Easy there buddy. Tusk is...well Tusk is Tusk. Tireddawg 12.20.17
